Bahri University aspires to become the leading knowledge institution in Africa and the Arab world. It is committed to providing distinguished education, promoting innovative scientific research, meeting the needs of society, and keeping pace with contemporary developments.

University Council

Bahri University operates within an institutional framework governed by established bodies that regulate its performance and distribute responsibilities among councils and officials, each according to their respective mandates. At the top of the University’s administrative hierarchy is the University Council, followed by the University Director.

The Color Green

  It is the dominant background color in the logo and symbolizes growth and development across all fields.

The Multiple Images of the Book and the Reader

The circular arrangement symbolizes communication, multiplicity, diversity, movement, and activity. It also represents dialogue, collaborative learning, and the pursuit of excellence.

The University’s Initials in Arabic and English

Kufic calligraphy, with slight modifications to move away from the classical style and complement the logo’s design. It symbolizes authenticity, heritage, and deep-rooted tradition.

The Color Black

Symbolizes clarity and integrity.

A source of knowledge and a symbol of learning and academic achievement.

The Color White

A symbol of purity and transparency.

The Center of the Circle

It contains the university’s initials in both Arabic and English, symbolizing the University’s commitment to maintaining connections at the local, regional, and global levels.

The Outer Frame of the Logo

 It features an unconventional shield shape compared to those commonly used in university logos, reflecting uniqueness and distinction. It also symbolizes completeness, protection, and movement.
