About the Centre
Historical Background
The Centre was established in 2011 as a continuation of the same Centre at the former University of Juba. It is intended to serve students who wish to enroll in programs offered through distance education. The Centre strives to provide a flexible model of learning for those who were unable to access opportunities for regular education. Its ultimate objective is to disseminate knowledge and technical skills to a large proportion of the population.

Dissemination of Knowledge and Skills
Dissemination of knowledge and technical skills to as wide a category of the Sudanese population as possible, with the aim of building a basis of public awareness serving as a springboard for change and development.
Education as a Universal Right
Emphasizing the principle that education is a universal right by providing a flexible medium through which students can access educational opportunities.
