In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Message from the Director of the Information and Communication Technology Center
University of Bahri – Official Website

All praise is due to Allah, by Whose grace good deeds are accomplished. May peace and blessings be upon the noblest of Allah’s creation, the Messenger of Islam, and upon his family and all his companions.

Learning begins with individual letters. These letters come together to form words, and words combine to create meaningful and expressive sentences. These sentences develop into paragraphs, pages, books, records, and volumes, eventually exceeding the capacity of traditional libraries, book repositories, and shelves. When conventional storage systems could no longer accommodate this growing body of knowledge, digital media, databases, websites, cloud computing, and backup systems became essential means of preserving and providing access to it.

Through these technologies, people can explore digital content, view its materials, listen to recorded audio, and retrieve stored electronic books and other digital resources.

This is a message to humanity: if we aspire to a better life, we must take care of our digital content.

It is also a message to the Sudanese nation: enrich and preserve your digital heritage if you aspire to a leading place among nations.

As for the University of Bahri, it is committed to developing its computing infrastructure and technical units in pursuit of the desired digital transformation.

Finally, just as learning begins with a letter, then a word, and gradually expands into a wider body of knowledge, achievements are realized and civilizations are built through the efforts of individuals, working teams, stakeholders, and specialists, ultimately involving society as a whole.

Let us light candles to illuminate the path of knowledge by caring for the University’s website, enriching it with information, and keeping its content regularly updated. Let us work together to develop the website and enhance its services. Let us also encourage one another to make the most of the wealth of learning resources that are now accessible online, wherever we are.
