Journal of Peace and Development Studies Is a peer- reviewed, bi-annual and bilingual (English and Arabic) periodical. It is a field research-centred journal that provides scholarly podium for the dissemination of critical, empirical, field-cantered and rigorous papers in social sciences in general. However, a range of issues along peace-conflict-development nexus represent its focus. It foregrounds qualitative methodologies, especially empirically based case studies that facilitate grounded and fresh analysis to inform theory, policy and strategy along that nexus. It offers a space for scholars and practitioners to intellectually engage and examine the changing and intrinsic dynamics in peace, conflict and development fields.
