Users Services Division consists of:

• Information Awareness Unit.
• Borrowing and hall services Unit .

Tasks:

1. Reading and Guidance Services.
2. Reference Service, Current Awareness Service and selective Dissemination of Information Services.
3. Databases Services.
4. Preparing guides to electronic databases.
5. Providing permanent awareness program for the library staff about information services skills as a permanent services in the library.
6. Borrowing service.
7. Users training service.
8. Photocopying service.
9. Society service.
10. Translation service.
