Central Library

The central library was established in 1998 in Khartoum, Elamarat area in Khartoum as the central library of Juba University, then 2003 it move to college complex in Alkadro area, after the separation of Southern Sudan in2011 it became the Central Library of University of Bahri. The library continued to provide its services to researchers and students since that time, but it lost many books and references after the separation of Southern Sudan.

At the end of 2011 work began in the Central Library, and the library’s holding were transferred to Bahri University, all the administrative and technical procedures were made for the Central and Branch Libraries.

The Central Library Building:

It was located on Southern side of the University main building in Alkadro area. The building consists of four floors equipped with monitoring devices and computers. The ground floor includes reading rooms, staff offices, and the office of the vice Dean as well as the photocopying services area. The Dean office is in the first floor.
