Assistant Registrar

  1. Preparation and follow-up of general plans of various extra-curricular activities at the college/centre.
  2. Promotion of cultural, social and sport capabilities of students.
  3. Identify and develop skills of talent students.
  4. Rregistration and accreditation of leagues and clubs at the respective college/centre.
  5. Following-up of the new students` interview and registration, as well as the registration of already matriculated students for the respective semesters.
  6. Following-up the preparation and issuing of students ID cards.
  7. coordination with Social Welfare Department in matters pertaining to students` sponsorship, health insurance, students` finance, productive schemes, and students with special needs.
