Vice-Chancellor, prof.Ayoub Adam Mohammed Khalil has met all of Mr. Hussein Mohammed Ahmed, coordinator of Bahri and eastern Nile sector; Abd ALhafeez Awad; Khartoum state’s coordinator for self-security in accordance with the government plan to establish trained security units for Sudan’s civil service leaders; with a strategy based on carrying out all precautions and using proper aids in protecting and fighting risks that threaten facilities and establishments. Besides securing documents and information, controlling crimes on the facility or its properties. Mr. Ismael Ahmed Mohammed, coordinator of university, self-security and national service also confirmed the importance of drawing the staff’s attention to safety and security measures, to participate in civil protection activities at their facilities and to grow a remote sense of securityfor the risks that endanger government institutions. Moreover, they are called upon to be part of voluntary security nights at their institutions in order to realize the saying: “Security is the responsibility of all throughout the partnership between police forces and society…”Self-security aims at learning the skills of how to deal with arms according to the training that individuals receive, it is necessary to protect buildings, students, premises against all fire risks and political violence. He commended the absolute cooperation between the university administration and the self-security sector. On the other hand, the coordination of self-security at university of Bahri has organized a second activating training session for fifty security guards at campus, it included lectures on armsassembling and disassembling, field training and facilities security.at the end of the program, Dr. Abd Alilah Kunna; deputy vice chancellor and Major: Abd Allah Awad Allah; training chief officer of self-security, have attended the graduation ceremony of self-security guards carried by university security coordination.
