The scientific trip to the Alsaied flour mill& Haloup hay production factories

The students of fifth year, college of management sciences organized a field trip to the production factories to connect the theoretical knowledge with the practical applications on deb the 2nd 2018 under the supervision of D. Mohamed Tag Aldeen Saad the head of the department of Business administration, ustaz Suher hasab Algawi & Iman Omer  ( the electronic web site)

The group firstly visited Alsaied advance flour mill factory the students were welcomed at the factory , the entire operation of production was explained in details right from the input process to the output process & the final delivery of the product by the factory production manager.

The students ask questions & the manager responses to all their questions & answered them back, the students get the benefit of all that.

Then, later the students headed towards Ha loub mechanized hay production factory  ( full automatic) the whole operation of production was explained by the production manager Mr. Hassan Abdel Atti who supply the students with the necessary needed information. At the end the students thanks the production manager & the entire audience for their support, guidance & the valuable information they received from them.




A work shop on course description

The college of management sciences organized a work shop about the description of courses on 29.03.2018. The work shop honored by D. Ahmed Suliman the secretary  of the academic affairs , the dean of the college D. Abdurrahman Omer Ahmed, Prof. Abakar Omer Khleel , the head of the department & the staff of the college.

Afaf Nouraldeen, the head of the department of accounting & finance spoke about the goals, missions & the message of the college , then presented models of courses description about the department there after the secretary of the academic affairs                                                 comment & recommend the need to assess & evaluate the former model & present the new description considering the addition, omission & the evaluation according to the views of the staff in each department.

The head of the quality management D. Awatif Abdal latif Frag allah comment on the description of the courses & appreciates the efforts done & her notice were given priority & deep concern as concerns the description of the courses.




Fifth year students’ field trip to Garee Free zone

The students of fifth year college of management sciences organized a scientific trip to Garee zone on Monday. March 19th, 2018. Accompany by the dean of the college, the head of the accounting department & the head of the department of cost  and managerial accounting. Garee zone is affiliated to the duty free shop company, The group was welcomed by Garee zone representative members, the students presented a seminar about the free zones, it is objectives, the procedure of how to register, it is fees, customs & the industrial investment. They also pin point the challenges that face foreign & local investors, the student’s key speaker call for the spread of free zone culture in the students’ community & the Sudanese society as whole in order to get the benefits given by the free zone in terms of facilities & properties.

The dean of the college asked for making a partnership with Sudanese free zone Company for organizes training session to the college students.

The course of the scientific and cultural universities sports sixth 2018 Khartoum sector (a)

The 6th sport , cultural inter universities tournament.  The scientific cultural & sport  tournament started  on Feb 10th 2018 at the national university. The student  ( Zekra Algezole Mustafa )of the college of management sciences participates  by a research title: The impact of the applications  of the adequacy of capital  ( Bazil 1.2 ) on bank control.  Under the supervison of D.Abdalrhman omer Ahmed. The research came in the third position she awarded the bronze medal.The closing ceremony  was on 12.2.2018.At sharg alneel college. Participants all over _Sudan universities participated effectively included the students of Bahri university whom participate in different cultural activities. They came in the friest position  in the following competitive activities:( Tennis, Arabic handwriting& the cultural  trophy ) The students perfomered well.




Training workshop to describe the curriculum

A Training work shop on curriculum &courses descriptions. The college of management sciences & the college of agriculture in collaboration with quality management organized a training work shop about curriculum description on Thursday 25.1.018 at Kodro campus. The work shop honoured by the dean of the college DR. Abdalrahman omer Ahmed & the Dean of the college of agriculture D.Zenab a .Tudor & the executive manager of Bahri university ustaz Yasir osman. The work shop unsupervised.

By the the head of quality management ustaz Adam Ibrahim who explained the concept of (programme. Curriculum. Courses & curriculum description)D. Awatif A.Alatif presented   the practical applications  of how to descripe curriculum & courses. The work shop was attended by a number of teachers from both the colleges they presents a description about some courses according to the quality standards.

The former school of management has been developed into a college of management sciences  & a new department has been established  to cope with latest educational development. Five  New department were established  that are:-

1_ cost & management accounting.

2_Bank & financial studies.

3_Marketing.

4_ Management of human resources.

5_Secetariat  studies.

The need for expansion  & development  is due to the following purposes & ends:_

  1. Provison of skillful human resources for the labbour market able to develop  the financial & the administrative  in the public & the privte institutions.
  2. To cope with development & modernization in the field’s of management sciences on the international & the regional levels.
  3. to extend students admissions.
  4. The ability to compete in the international &the regional levels.The college offers the bachelor of honour. Diploma in the higher studies Master &PhD degrees in the above mentioned programmes & courses according to the college procedures & standards that matches the development of management sciences sciences.

Examination Rule

Students should strictly adhere to the following:
1. Students are advised to be inside the examination hall ten minutes before the start of the examinations.
2. No student shall be admitted to the examination hall after 30 minutes from the start of the examination.
3. A student who enters the examination hall late, but within the time indicated under Point 2, should not be allowed extra time.
4. No student shall be allowed to leave the examination hall until half of the time scheduled for the examination has elapsed.
5. A student who leaves the examination hall s during the examination session shall not be readmitted unless, throughout the period of his/her absence, he/she has been continuously under the observation of an invigilator or an authorised person.
6. A student should bring all that might be needed for the particular examination. No lending or borrowing is allowed.
7. No student shall be allowed to possess, receive or use any printed or written documents, illustrations, mobile phones, digital devices or any other unauthorised aids in the examination hall.
8. A student shall stop writing when instructed to do so.
9. A student should not indulge in conversation, or in any mean of communication with other students.
10. A student must not, directly or indirectly, give or receive assistance to or from any other student.
11. A student sitting for examination shall display his/her University identity card during the examination period.
12. A Student should write his/her name and the University identity card number on the answer script and question paper immediately after receiving them.
13. A Student must confirm his/her attendance in the relevant sheet by signing against their names.
14. A student should remain seated until the invigilators collect the examination scripts and sign against his/her name before leaving the examination hall.
15. No student is allowed to smoke, take snuff, eat, drink, chew or request any refreshment other than fresh water provided in the examination hall.
16. A student who leaves the examination hall after handing over his/her answer script should not get involved in any action as to disturb and/or 50 University of Bahri-Student’s Guide, 2017/2018 50 give assistance to students inside the examination hall.
17. A student should comply with all instructions given by the invigilator without questioning or objecting and must maintain a respectful approach towards invigilators.
18. If the Senate is convinced that a student has committed a breach of one or more of these examination instructions, he/she shall be deemed to have committed an offence
